Busy Schedules and Selfcare
With our modern day busy schedules we are all aware that making the time for self-care is hard. We understand that between work and keeping up with the chores and events of daily life, you may need a specific day and time to get in for that desperately needed self-care. So below we have a few tips to make it happen!
Booking Out
Most of our working clients end up needing evening or weekend appointments and those spots fill up fast! So, we recommend booking out. Especially if you have a particular therapist you like to see, you are welcome to book a few weeks or even a few months out! This will ensure that you get the days and times you need. With this said, please do be aware that if you book months in advanced a therapist’s schedule may change, especially around holidays, but if it does we are certain to give you a call and get you rescheduled.
Cancellation List
The other tip is our Cancellation List! If you forgot to book out and need to get in but we are already filled, call in and ask to be added to our Cancellation List. If we end up having any last-minute cancellations, we will give you call and offer that spot to you! So, call in and make sure to give the days, times, and therapists that you’d like to be put down for. We do go in order of calls received.
